About Kiran
I have a bachelor’s degree in English (Creative Writing), and it wasn't smooth sailing getting it. During my time at college, English classes became far more grueling. The novels/stories we'd analyze became older and more esoteric while essay expectations were far greater than they were in high school. But these classes made me understand literature and writing more than ever before. In addition, I also have a TEFL certification from TEFL Universal. This certificate qualifies me to teach those learning English as a second language. Whether you need help with an essay or aim to learn English as a language, I'll be there to help.

My teaching style is relaxed and student-focused. The teachers that helped me improve the most were the ones who made me feel comfortable, not the ones who acted like drill sergeants. Feel free to ask me as many questions as you need until you feel like you've mastered a subject. I also try to limit my talking time. I believe that the more a student participates, the more information they'll learn. Also, I consider myself very adaptable. If you don't feel like a lesson is working, I'm always open to changing it to fit your needs.
