About Brittni
I am a junior at Northern Arizona University studying secondary English education (BSED). I have experience with tutoring English as a second language to 5-person student groups, worked as a teachers assistant to pre-schoolers, and have had a passion for English since early on in high school. I have always been in honors classes for English and love to read!

My teaching method is based on showing not telling. I believe that some of the best ways to learn is through practice, repetition, and giving great examples. I think students should get the chance to be shown how to do something, try it, and see if they need any support afterwards. I believe in positive reinforcement, getting to know my students 1:1, and most definitely always making it a fun time!
