About Barbara
After the USA university, I wanted to see the world & I am stunned 8 years in Switzerland. In Geneva I received the Cambridge diploma of teaching English as a foreign language and I started to learn French & + later Swedish ... Aware of the brakes & motivations in the acquisition of a language, I build the course according to your own personal or professional interests. I am very patient & encouraging.

Your course will be built around your short, medium and long term needs. Your interests & motivations are the springboard. For example: you like to understand the words of songs ... you are exchanging internationally at work ... you want to transmit your ideas in a specific field ... Having learned 2 foreign languages myself, I see that this is not by memorizing the grammar that it happens, but by practice. You learn more easily: visual, audience or kinesthetic. I observe what is your dominant mode & I adapt courses later.
