About Rob
Experienced KS2 teacher of English and Maths - QTS/PGCE - over 10 years' experience as a Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 teacher, as well as having taught KS3/4 in a SEN setting. I am a passionate and creative teacher who always seeks to build confidence in and develop brilliant relationships with the young people I work with. I have been inspiring and motivating young people as a class teacher since 2014, when I started my formal training. Prior to this, I spent several years as a primary performing arts specialist and drama facilitator within a range of settings. I have a background in acting, comedy and music, and like to be as creative as possible with my teaching, particularly within English where I can use a range of Drama strategies to enhance the learning.

Fun, creative lessons between 30 mins and an hour. I will work with you/your child to ensure we identify which areas to focus on, to support their learning in school. I have worked with all year groups in primary, most notably in KS2. I also have considerable experience working with children with SEN, both within mainstream and specialist settings. Lessons are for young people in Year 3, 4, 5 or 6. It is paramount for me to develop a great relationship with the young people I work with - and to learn what works best for them - in order to plan bespoke lessons which will spark their imagination.
