About Jee
I am a PhD graduate in organizational study mainly on researches and dealing with people and companies but I am more exposed to teaching college/ tertiary students specifically in motivating them in communication and expressing themselves through English language.

My teaching methodology is outcome based learning. I usually give activities to students- hands on activities and practical ones - in order for them to understand better. It is mor on application than feeding them theories. I do group classes and find time to talk to them individually for assessment and motivation.
