About Nicole
Hello! My name is Nicole Vondruska, I am an aspiring elementary school teacher finishing up a degree in English Literature and Educational Psychology. I have worked with children for roughly five years in varying roles. My strengths include organization, patience, understanding, time management, adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Patient and caring teacher who is willing to work on any aspect of learning the student might desire. My lessons and aids can be adapted to many learning types through visual, auditory, and practical applications. Experience with learning disabilities and learning accommodations for elementary grades, able to build stronger foundations for middle to high school level learning. Starting out getting to know students’ abilities then building off these skills moving onto problem areas. Homework help and reading and writing foundations. Problem-based learning, hands-on learning, inquiry-based learning, and more depending on the students’ needs and learning style.
