About Griffin
My journey in engineering began during my Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, where I developed a strong interest in understanding how systems work and how ideas can be turned into practical solutions. I was always interested in design thinking and problem-solving. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them understand engineering concepts clearly and build confidence through structured teaching.
I believe that engineering should feel practical and understandable when it is taught in a clear and organized way. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex topics into simple steps so students can learn gradually without feeling overwhelmed. I use examples, diagrams, and real-world applications to support understanding. I also adjust my teaching style based on each student’s learning pace so they feel comfortable and supported.
Outside of teaching, I continue exploring new engineering developments and improving my teaching methods. This helps me provide better learning experiences. Teaching engineering is very meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students build confidence, understand concepts deeply, and develop the ability to solve real-world problems with clarity and precision.

Engineering becomes easier when students understand how theory connects with real-world applications instead of only focusing on formulas and definitions. In my lessons, I focus on building strong foundational understanding through clear and simple explanations. We begin with basic concepts such as forces, materials, energy systems, and design principles. I guide students step by step so they understand how these ideas are used in practical situations. This helps students develop clarity and confidence from the beginning.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced topics such as system design, technical drawing, applied mechanics, and problem-solving strategies. I explain each concept carefully so students can understand both the theory and its application. Each lesson includes practice exercises, step-by-step solutions, and guidance on approaching complex problems. I also support students in improving their analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Engineering lessons also help students develop creativity, logical thinking, and practical understanding. They learn how to approach challenges, think critically, and design solutions with clarity. Over time, students become more confident in applying their knowledge. My goal is to make engineering simple, practical, and engaging while helping students build strong understanding and long-term confidence.
