About Begüm
Hello, I'm Begüm, I'm a 1st year Civil Engineering student at Boğaziçi University. After a successful exam process, I had the opportunity to get into the school and department I wanted. In my English preparatory year after the university exam, I started to work as an assistant teacher and give private lessons. At the secondary and high school level, I gained experience by doing lessons and solving questions with many students preparing for exams. In addition to helping my students academically, based on my own experiences, I also support them on how to study efficiently and how to cope with the difficulties they may encounter during exams. In addition, I have been playing volleyball for 10 years and by talking about my experiences, I tell them that success can be achieved without sacrificing the activities they love when planned and programmed.

In my lessons, I start with lectures and proceed by solving questions from easy to difficult levels. By taking 10-minute breaks between two lessons, I ensure that the concentration of the student is not impaired and that he can continue the lesson with full focus. I worked as an assistant lecturer in a private education institution for 1 year and I have been giving private lessons since this time. Based on my experience, I try to explain the lessons in a way that the student can easily understand. For students who are in the process of preparing for university or high school exams, I help them with issues such as time and stress management and question tactics that can be applied for the exam.
