My method of teaching is very simple and student friendly. First I would ensure all the students should understand the basic concept of the topic which I am teaching ,followed by doubt clearing session the next day upon the same topics by allowing the students to go through the topics which has been taught in the classes.
I take weekly tests which can be verbal and also written to ensure the student's understandings based on their performance of the weekly tests.
Special attention I have to give to the students who would score below expected marks and I believe if you make the students understand the topics by relating to real life concepts and examples it becomes easier for the students to understand the subject properly.
