About Nor Iman

My name is Nor Iman, a chemical engineering graduate student from University of Strasbourg, France.

Personally, I love teaching because of the sense of fulfillment I get from helping others. Being able to see my students learn and grow, and knowing that I played a role in their development, is incredibly rewarding. It's amazing to watch a student who struggled with a concept finally grasp it and become confident in their abilities.

Teaching also provides the opportunity for me to continuously learn and grow. In order to effectively teach a subject, I need to have a deep understanding of it myself. This not only helps me become a better teacher, but it also allows me to gain a deeper appreciation and love for the subject matter.

Another reason I enjoy teaching is the relationships I'm able to build with my students. Being able to connect with them on a personal level and be a mentor and role model is an honor. It's amazing to watch my students succeed and grow not only academically but also as individuals.

Teaching is a creative and dynamic profession that keeps me on my toes. No two days are the same, and I'm constantly challenged to come up with new and engaging ways to teach and present information. This keeps me energized and motivated to continuously improve and innovate my teaching methods.

In summary, teaching brings me a sense of fulfillment, personal growth, meaningful relationships, and a dynamic and creative profession that challenges me to continuously improve.

About the lesson

my approach to tutoring is tailored to the individual needs of my students. My techniques and teaching methodology are based on understanding the student's learning style, strengths, and weaknesses. I use various strategies, such as breaking down complex topics into smaller, more manageable pieces, providing real-world examples, and creating engaging activities to help students better comprehend the subject matter.

The length of a lesson can vary depending on the student's age, level, and attention span. Typically, lessons should last long enough to cover the necessary material without overwhelming the student. A typical lesson for younger students can be around 30-45 minutes, while older students may be able to handle longer sessions of up to an hour or more.

My lessons are designed to cater to students of different ages and levels, from elementary school students to SPM students. I can assist students in many areas and also critical thinking skills.
