About Florence
I'm an Engineering graduate who believes that learning works best when it's personalized. Every student learns differently, so my first goal is to understand how each learner thinks, absorbs information, and stays motivated.
For almost a year, I've worked with a private student from Illinois. When we started, confidence was one of the biggest challenges. By breaking down concepts into simple steps, connecting lessons to his interests, and focusing on understanding rather than memorization, he achieved a 98% score on his MAP exam. More importantly, he gained confidence in his ability to solve problems independently.
My approach is straightforward: make complex ideas simple, keep lessons engaging, and create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I focus on building strong foundations, critical thinking, and confidence that lasts beyond a single exam.

As a Mechanical Engineering graduate and experienced Mathematics tutor, I make learning simple, engaging, and easy to understand. I first understand each student's learning style and adapt my teaching approach to match how they learn best.
