My teaching method is based on understanding the underlying psychological make up of my stundent(s) before starting each subject/topic. I will have them fill a questionnaire before we start and intermittently as the lessons progress. These questions are going to be based on their fears, hopes and desires about what we are about to learn. I recognise every student has the ability to get to where they need to be but not every one of them can take the same route. My methodology has a balance of talking and listening. I believe listening is important as a Teacher.
