Laurie is a very insightful tutor and he gave me the belief that I could tackle the problems that I had with regard to IT skills. I entered his sessions with 5 or 6 goals that I wanted to complete, in both sessions we completed all the tasks and has some time extra to run exercises. I took an Excel "Heavy Lifting" course several years ago, but didn't keep using what I learned - and of course the new versions come along and everything has changed.
