About Fatima
Hi, I'm Fatima! I'm a Mechatronics Engineering graduate from Pakistan with a genuine passion for math and teaching. My engineering background gave me a strong, practical understanding of mathematical concepts, and over the years, I've enjoyed helping siblings and friends understand topics they found difficult, watching their confidence grow along the way.
I decided to start teaching more formally because I love that moment when a concept finally "clicks" for someone it's incredibly rewarding to see a student go from feeling stuck to feeling capable. I believe everyone can understand math when it's explained the right way, with patience and clear, relatable examples rather than pressure or memorization.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy chess and badminton, and I'm always looking for ways to keep learning myself, whether it's picking up new skills or exploring new subjects. I'm looking forward to getting to know my students and helping them build a stronger, more confident relationship with math.

My teaching approach is patient and step-by-step. Instead of asking students to memorize formulas, I focus on helping them truly understand the logic behind each concept, using simple explanations and real-life examples wherever possible. This makes math feel less intimidating and more practical.
A typical class starts with a quick review of what the student already knows, followed by explaining the new concept clearly, working through examples together, and then practicing problems independently while I guide them through any mistakes. I always leave room for questions, since I believe understanding "why" is just as important as knowing "how."
What makes me different as a teacher is my engineering background as a Mechatronics Engineer, I've used math extensively in practical, real-world problem solving, not just theory. This helps me explain concepts in ways that make sense beyond the textbook. I'm also naturally patient, since I've spent years helping siblings and friends who struggled with math build their confidence from scratch.
My classes are best suited for school level and college level students who want to strengthen their fundamentals, catch up on topics they find difficult, or prepare for exams with a clearer, more confident understanding of math.
