My teaching approach is always to compare the subject, lesson or theories to real world examples, truly makes it easier to visualize and learn the lesson rather than memorize the rules. A typical lesson would be to try to solve a relatively difficult problem at the start, in most cases this would not be possible for the student before learning the lesson that day. So we go through the material and at the end we go back to that same problem and solve it when it all makes sense. Progressive overloading the questions is my ideal method of teaching, as it has proven to me in the past that it makes the questions easier for students over time, even the hard ones! I teach mainly high school students.
