About Hadia
I just recently completed an Aerospace Engineering degree. I've tutoring friends and classmates in understanding simple and difficult mathematical concepts for our engineering mathematics exams, in which they were able to achieve high 2:1s. I have been able to tutor my classmate before a difficult exam as a result of which she was able to get a first. I wasn't always very good at maths, so I understand how tough and challenging it can be. I want to empower my students to feel confident enough to take on these problem-solving challenges of maths.

My teaching method is based on concentrated practice. With mathematical concepts, it's best to understand the topic as best as possible and then dive in and have a go. Then, when we check our work, we can see what areas of learning need to be reinforced or readjusted so that the student can have a better understanding. This will not only increase subject knowledge, but will also give the student the confidence and independence to solve problems in exam settings.
