About ManiDeep
I am an engineering graduate with a solid educational background and two years of software engineering experience with Wipro. Teaching is a passion of mine and I take a clear, concept-driven, approach to tutoring high school Math, Physics, and Biology. I strive to help students enjoy learning, help them learn in a way that is accessible and meaningful to them. Generally speaking, I want to help students build confidence, learn, make sense of, and master basic concepts in the subject area by participating in their academic pathway. I have a structured yet flexible teaching style that is adaptable to each student’s needs and pace. I am adept at simplifying difficult topics, and using real-life examples with problem-solving ensures that students understand the material and enjoy the learning process. I have a strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, and respect through every tutoring session. Whether the student is struggling with the fundamentals or wanting to progress even further, I work hard to create an environment that can build the student's confidence, motivate them to be successful and provide their academic pathway.

With my foundation in engineering and experience as a software engineer at Wipro for two years, I bring a unique background to training and have combined my technical knowledge with hands-on problem-solving experience to support students in high school, and to keep them connected, engaged, and learning in a real-world way. In each subject (especially math, physics and biology), I focus on establishing a solid conceptual base before entering problem-solving. I use visual aids, analogies, and real-life experiences to clarify complex ideas and I promote active participation through guiding questions to encourage a growth mindset. I have a differentiated style depending on the pace of learning and formality of learning - such as Board exam preparation, Competitive exams preparation, or simply school work. Lesson Plan Example: Quick Recap – Start with a quick recap of the last session. Introduce Concept – Introduce the topic with a real-life example or intuitive description. Go into details – Decompose the concept with a stepwise method. Practice problems – Work through a couple of problems together, then let the student try some independently. Q&A and clearing doubts – delve into any questions or unclear areas. Homework / Assignment – Provide practice work to help them internalize the learning. Feedback & Progress Tracking – Provide the student with feedback and areas for improvement. What Makes Me Unique: I have industry experience and can demonstrate how theory from textbooks is applied to practice. I am adaptable to varied learning styles and build rapport with all kinds of students. I deconstruct complex subject matter into applicable concepts using common analogies and personal teaching aids. I am patient, focused on goals, and dedicated to helping students develop the confidence they need to learn. Who the lessons are for: High school students grades 9th– engineering students who want to learn Math, Physics or Biology from basic to advanced levels at their own pace. Students who struggle in a discipline in the sciences or math and want to understand content using concept-based learning to make science and math less formidable and more important and engaging over time.
