A teacher's role, I believe is not only to teach their subject but also to develop the love and passion in students on the subject. My teaching will be based on current research. The methodology I follow are called the Rosenshine's principles. I start the lesson by asking students to do 4 retrieval questions which act as a foundation for the lesson taught and throughout the lesson, students can see engaging examples and how I model each question. I have the experience of working with KS3 and KS4 students in mainstream UK schools and I have A levels in maths, physics and chemistry.
