About Cyril
I am (from CHENNAI) an engineer/ keyboard player/ guitarist/ vocalist/ learnt music theory for 10+ years both carnatic and western. I have an engineering degree (mechanical) and i am willing to teach high school students and help them prepare for their examinations. I have also been learning carnatic and western music from when i was 6 years old, and willing to teach music also.

My concept is, when you can understand and make the pupil understand, there is no need of mugging up the whole book. Good knowledge of sentence formation and pretty good vocabulary along with good understanding of the subject is enough to score top marks in exams. Music is purely based on your listening capability and hearing knowledge. good training in the basics of music along with passion to fuel your thirst for music and the level of an individuals creative knowledge will take them to heights.
