I am an engineering graduate with a strong background in Mathematics and over 10 years of experience tutoring Math. I enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts in a simple, clear and practical way. I am patient, approachable and committed to helping each student build confidence and achieve their learning goals. I enjoy working with students of different abilities and adapting my teaching approach to suit their individual needs. I am passionate about Mathematics and take satisfaction in seeing students improve their understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence. I want to share my knowledge and experience with students in New Zealand and help them develop a strong foundation in Mathematics

I have over 10 years of experience tutoring Mathematics and provide personalised Maths lessons for students from Years 6–11, following the New Zealand Curriculum. My lessons focus on building strong mathematical foundations, improving problem-solving skills and developing confidence in Maths. I explain concepts clearly and patiently, using examples, guided practice and questions suited to each student’s ability. I can support schoolwork, homework, assessments, exam preparation and topics where students need additional help. My engineering background also helps me connect mathematical concepts with practical applications and logical thinking. I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, understand concepts thoroughly and progress at their own pace.
