About Adrian
My work experience is varied: As an engineer, I have a formal education tittle and corporative experience.
As music producer, all my work experience has been as freelance, I started my education process in this field as self learning until I had the chance to add a formal tittle to it.
All this experience combined helped me to develop my own particular way to approach all the challenges I have faced in my work life, either technical or human related, I develop a good understanding of technical matters as engineer and as musician, I develop a good understanding of personal and more emotional matters.
Additionally, since my high school years (I was the best of my class), I learn how to take complicated concepts to levels anyone can understand, I used to help my classmates with any issue they had on any area. I have grown that skill my whole life, and I still use it in a every day basis: as music producer I am filling gaps and teaching any subject in my studio.

My way of teaching is very straight forward:
1. List the subjects needed to be learnt.
2. Understand the students, their methods and ways to approaching those subjects.
3. Develop a communication channel that allows our intellectual exchange to fill the gaps in the subjects of interest.
4. Improve that communication channel with practical examples that reinforce the student learning process.
5. Repeat 1 to 4 until satisfaction
