About Saamya
Hi! I'm an engineer and currently an Associate Product Manager, but teaching math has always been a part of my life that excites me a lot. I don’t believe in rote learning — I help students think mathematically by breaking down concepts into everyday logic. In each session, we work through the “why” behind the topic, solve problems together, and practice in a way that builds confidence rather than pressure. I encourage questions, challenge you to reason things out, and make sure you leave class understanding the idea, not just the method. I teach school students who want to strengthen their fundamentals, get exam-ready, or simply learn math in a more intuitive way. If you're curious, open to discussion, and ready to learn differently, I think we’ll work well together.

I focus on building strong fundamentals — not just memorizing formulas. I use real-world examples, logical breakdowns, and problem-based learning to make concepts easy and relatable. I adapt the pace based on the student’s comfort. My special strengths as a mentor are simplifying complex topics, developing analytical thinking, and helping students overcome fear of math. I create a safe space for questions — no judgment, just clarity. My classes are intended for high school students preparing for exams or strengthening their basics.
