About Richard
Following my 2016 graduation from The University of Sheffield where I gained a degree in Business Management (specializing in Mathematics and Finance), I have been consistently employed within in the finance sector. This has allowed me to gain the ability to interact in a friendly, yet professional manner with everyone that I meet.

Every student is capable of achieving the best results. For some this requires additional help, someone to be patient with them and take the time to break down challenging topics so they no longer seem inconceivable.
I am passionate about helping my students secure a solid education, to lay the foundations for a successful career later in life. A strong grasp of mathematics is invaluable, not only does it open the door to a plethora of opportunities, but it aids you in daily tasks.
I find that encouraging my students to work out the problems for themselves rather than using a spoon-fed approach, will allow the student to truly understand the content on a deeper level and is the key to long-term memory retention and ultimately, good grades!
This creates a strong foundation from which one might tackle more complicated or previously unseen problems.
