I am here for you as a tutor, a mentor, and an example of a successful life long learner. I communicate clearly and thoroughly, so things are planned and organized. I always start with an icebreaker, like a check in of how students are doing. Then we discuss students' reflection and thought process of their prior work. Students need to think about their own learning. We discuss their questions, confusions, and/or wonderings on subject matters. I assign future work and students set a weekly goal to review at the next lesson.
