About Karina
I embarked on my academic journey at Miami Dade College, where I earned my Associate's Degree with a focus on positive psychology. Delving into the intricacies of the brain, I explored how we can optimize its functions to enhance our lives. Currently, I'm pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, specializing in leveraging our strengths and weaknesses for personal growth and fulfillment.
While I'm actively pursuing my degree, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to the table. I've had the privilege of working at two psychological treatment centers, where I've supported individuals who have been incarcerated or are striving to rebuild their lives. Additionally, my time at a nursing school allowed me to delve into the importance of well-being and its impact on overall health.
My journey as a student and practitioner has reinforced my passion for understanding the human mind and helping others navigate life's challenges. I'm committed to using my education and experience to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
