About Annie
My academic background is in Health Sciences with a specialization in Child Health and Psychology. I have worked in settings such as mental health research, policy, and front-line social work since 2018. I am currently a trained volunteer for an assault support line.

The session would start off with some exercises to ground ourselves before we move into whatever you would like to talk about.
My lived experiences as someone in the mental health system influences much of my beliefs. I believe in intersectional, anti-oppressive, harm reduction, trauma-informed, patient-centered care, and anti-carceral care. I encourage you to ask me how those orientations affect my services.
My goal is to help you manage a small amount of the emotional labour that you already do, so that you can use that energy for other parts of your life.As my therapist puts it, I wish for you any amount of ease in your life. Even if it’s 1%.

$25/hour is a discounted rate for SuperProf users. Take advantage of it while you can!
There are options for extended peer support sessions at $120/2 hours and $175/3 hours. It is more expensive per hour because longer sessions require more effort and skill to manage. Please message me directly to coordinate these.
