Learning to write was also learning to think, learning to sit with thought and make order of spontaneity and chaos. If I didn't write, I would be lost in an indifferent world. Reading gets you on the path, and writing opens up the door—it opens the door to a world you can define on your own terms.

I am very conversation based, as a conversation requires proactive thought, and it fundamentally discourages passivity. A wholistic approach to the fundamentals of writing, so that your writing can shine across disciplines-these are the kinds of tools that will set you up for success. We will look Strunk and White, and pick apart the sentence structure of American authors, both classic and contemporary.
