About Ivy
I am a Violin tutor with more than 20 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 1360 students. My mission is to help learners become accomplished musicians while developing confidence, discipline, creativity, and artistic excellence.
Many students have achieved success in recitals, competitions, orchestral performances, examinations, scholarships, and advanced music studies through my guidance.
My goal is to help every learner become a confident violinist capable of performing with technical excellence and artistic expression.

My Violin lessons focus on helping students develop technical mastery, musical confidence, and artistic expression through structured and progressive instruction. Lessons cover posture, bow control, finger placement, intonation, rhythm development, tone production, sight reading, ear training, orchestral preparation, and recital performance.
Students begin with strong technical foundations through bowing exercises, rhythm training, listening activities, and tone development practice. These skills create the framework necessary for advanced violin performance.
Advanced learners focus on vibrato development, shifting techniques, expressive phrasing, orchestral repertoire, competition preparation, advanced interpretation, and performance coaching.
Regular evaluations, customized practice plans, and personalized mentoring ensure continuous improvement and long-term musical success.
