About Weston
As a Spanish tutor with 12+ years of experience, I enjoy helping High School and College students become confident language learners. I have successfully taught around 150 students and have learned that every learner has unique strengths. My teaching philosophy is based on adapting lessons to each student's needs while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
My classes include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, reading, writing, and listening. I combine textbook learning with practical activities, conversation practice, games, and cultural discussions that make learning enjoyable. I explain difficult concepts using simple language so students can understand and remember them easily.
Helping students improve their confidence has been one of my greatest achievements. Many learners who were once hesitant to speak Spanish now participate actively in conversations and perform better in examinations. Their growth reminds me of the importance of patience and consistent support.
I believe education should build both knowledge and confidence. My goal is to inspire students to enjoy learning Spanish while preparing them for academic success and future opportunities where language skills can make a difference.

My Spanish teaching approach combines engagement, structure, and adaptability to create lessons that are effective and enjoyable. Accountability ensures learners set realistic goals, track progress, and actively participate in their learning. Integrity guarantees lessons are honest, fair, and tailored to each student’s abilities.
I use Flexibility, adjusting lesson content, exercises, and strategies to accommodate different learning styles, proficiency levels, and interests. Communication is central; I encourage conversation, discussion, and interactive exercises to develop fluency, comprehension, and confidence. A Positive learning environment motivates learners, celebrates milestones, and fosters curiosity.
I also integrate complementary subjects such as grammar, literature, vocabulary, and cultural studies to provide context and practical application. My goal is to help students communicate effectively, gain fluency, and enjoy learning Spanish.
