My personal style of teaching is by using visuals created by the students themselves (mindmaps, charts, diagrams). I believe that this style is especially important for such a visual and tactical subject such as PE. I also set extra reading if the student desires in order to help with essay style questions. The student always gets to the run the session and steer it into the direction they like.
