About Blair
With over 2 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Choral Conducting (Vocal Emphasis), I offer studio-focused vocal coaching. My background combines classical training with modern production needs. I prepare singers for professional recording sessions. Studio singing requires a different mindset. I teach styles such as R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic music. Microphone awareness is a fundamental skill I emphasize. Students learn how compression shapes vocal sound. Auto-tune is approached with understanding and control. I also train singers in harmony stacking and vocal layering. Working effectively with producers is part of the process. I’ve taught school students, emerging artists, and adult vocalists aiming for commercial release. Progress is practical. My mission is to build technique, studio confidence, and vocal artistry for recorded music.
