Hi! My name is Sam Kenny I am currently in my last year of high school and Captain Cashmere High School's Thomson Trophy premiere basketball team. With years of experience representing Canterbury at the national level, being part of the Junior Tall Blacks wider squad, and currently playing for the Mainland Eagles, I bring a high level of expertise and passion to my training sessions.

I incorporate video analysis to help players visualize their performance and understand areas needing refinement.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
Each training session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the player’s needs and goals. This duration allows for a comprehensive workout, including warm-up exercises, focused skill development, and cool-down stretches to prevent injury.

As a high-level basketball player in Christchurch, I have represented Canterbury at the national level and been a part of the Junior Tall Blacks wider squad. Currently, I am a member of the Mainland Eagles, bringing extensive experience and insight into elite basketball training. My background equips me with the knowledge and skills to mentor aspiring players effectively.
