About Matt
I have a plethora of teaching experience and tutoring. I understand what it takes to deliver a high-quality lesson and what that lesson needs to include to ensure quality learning and understanding takes place. I am a patient person and I recognize that if a learner isn’t understanding then I need to make adjustments to my instruction and delivery. I also understand that learners learn best from people they like, so being an active listener and asking questions making sure the learner feels heard in the learning process is important.

Meeting the individual needs of the learner is the most important thing. I tailor my lesson and instruction based on how that learner best learns. It may be with hands on learning or more visual learning. I match my teaching to the learners learning style. I I provide a lot of opportunities for practice ensuring the learning and teaching will stick with the learner.
