About Allison
I have Michigan certification in elementary education and special education. I have substitute taught in Michigan schools for the past 2 years, and have also worked with special needs college students. Willing to do group lessons, but I really love individual sessions, as I can really focus in on what one particular student needs.

I like to use direct instruction to explain concepts, then have the students practice with me, then eventually by themselves. I feel that this method of ‘show, together, alone’ allows students to build the necessary confidence needed to become proficient in whatever content they are learning.
