About Allison
I have been teaching for ten years. I taught 3rd grade for 7 and 4th grade for three years. This included, Math, Reading/Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. I have access to resources and the standards taught from Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Currently I am a 4th grade teacher.
I have been working with kids professionally for 19 years in classrooms, as a gymnastics instructor, created and instructed summer camps at a gym facility, and worked in a gym daycare.

My teaching method is to guide students through productive struggle and inquiry based learning. I am able to teach and apply practical skills to help students tackle tasks and assignments. I strive to make learning fun and meaningful. Mistakes are only proof that we are trying! :)
