About Pareece
I am a 32 year old Elementary School teacher. I have graduated with a High School Diploma, Bachelor's and Master's in the state of Alabama. I have 2 children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder which has helped me over the years gain a lot of patience and willingness to help others who struggle academically. I am inspired by letting my students know that the path to success is the people involved to lead you. I am a leader in everything I do and encourage others to be leaders as well. Nothing is too hard for anyone who puts effort into trying hard enough.

My teaching methods and techniques follow the child's ability and pace of learning. I empathize and simplify learning for those who struggle with a typical learning pace. I am passionate about helping others dig deep into their intellectual abilities to prove to others that they can master anything. A typical lesson plan for instance in reading would consist of watching a video in content for what is about to take place as far as the lesson of the topic. I would then proceed to give definitions, overviews and then examples. The "I Do, We Do" method. Then I allow the student to show me the "YouDo".
