I make my own lesson plans and I make sure all the students understand what they are learning before I move forwards. I do small quizzes, and I go over the quiz at the end with the students. If I see the student is really struggling, then I give take home homework and we go over it the next time we meet. I make my lessons based on the students' grade level.
