About Jhazelann
I am an undergraduate student taking Bachelor of Elementary Education - General Education. I have tutored Grade 5 students on reading english. And for his age, he should have already know how to read basic english words, and yet he does not any of it. Although, it was hard for him to cope, I was able to determine areas of lacking and needing of improvements. And with that, the learning objectives have been achieved at the end of the session during an evaluation.
With this, I can say that every learners—despite their age, their exceptionalities, and their status—they can still able to learn with the help of tutors that integrates appropriate teaching approach.

My teaching method and techniques is first determine what the learners have learned or distinguishing its schema using formative assessment. And identify the needs and interests of the learner that will lead me to understand the learner's thinking or learning style. And I will integrate learning appropriate to the students and finally, evaluate whether they have achieve the goals or objectives.
