Kailyn is well experienced with kids and understands how they work. She knows what works best for each individual and takes the time to create a lesson plan based on those needs. She communicates thoroughly with the parent/guardians of the child to make sure they are on the same page and how they can help their child between the times Kailyn is working with them. She is a respectful teacher who has the kids education incorporated into what helps them most as her main priority, and maintains a healthy learning environment.
