About Sierra
Hi! My name is Sierra, and I recently graduated with a degree in Elementary Education (K–6). I have a strong passion for helping young students grow academically while building their confidence and love for learning.
Through my education and experience, I’ve developed skills in teaching reading, phonics, and foundational math in a way that is both structured and engaging. I understand that every child learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
I am patient, organized, and dedicated to helping each student succeed, and I truly enjoy making learning a positive and rewarding experience.

I believe students learn best when lessons are both structured and engaging. As an Elementary Education graduate, I take time to carefully plan each session in advance so that every lesson is purposeful, organized, and tailored to the individual student’s needs.
I combine strong foundational instruction with fun, interactive activities to keep students motivated and confident. Whether we are working on reading, phonics, or math skills, I use creative strategies, games, and hands-on approaches to make learning enjoyable while still focusing on real progress.
My goal is to not only help students improve academically, but also to build their confidence and create a positive learning experience where they feel successful.
