About Megan
My name is Megan and I am very passionate about literacy and writing! I currently work full time in an elementary school where I work one on one, or in small groups, to develop various academic and emotional skills. I believe that each person learns differently and at varying paces. To most effectively teach, I will always meet you where you are during your academic journey and move at your pace. I will find ways to accommodate your learning style, whether that be through structured lessons or learning with music, art or games! Whether you are successful or struggling, I will always celebrate your hard work!

My goal is to provide personalized lessons based on where you are in your learning, your schedule, and the amount of time you’d like to spend on each lesson! I plan my lessons in a way that makes them fun to work through but also effective in teaching you the information intended. I never want learning to feel like a chore, so I incorporate games and puzzles into learning!
