About Allison
As a tutor, my approach is student-centered and tailored to meet the diverse needs of middle school learners, particularly those in grades 6–8 who receive Special Education or English Learner services. A typical lesson follows a consistent structure: a warm-up to review prior knowledge, a mini-lesson with guided instruction, supported practice, independent application, and a brief wrap-up or exit slip.
