Youssef is an amazing teacher. He customizes his lessons to his students, centering his curriculum around your skill level, learning style, and schedule. He has a deep understanding of Arabic (both MSA and Egyptian) and teaches in a way that makes learning Arabic more accessible and not so overwhelming. He’s very patient and even takes time outside of scheduled lessons to answer questions about homework. I definitely recommend Youssef to anyone who is serious about learning Arabic.

Youssef is a native speaker of both the Arabic Egyptian dialect, and can speak and understand English at the level of a native speaker as well. I appreciate that he is always available to answer questions between lessons. Moreover, he has adapted lessons according to my personal needs and goals. He is a nonprofessional teacher so I would like him to increase his preparation for lessons, but as far as a community tutor goes he has been quite helpful.

Youssef is an excellent teacher. He really understands the language he's teaching (Arabic) to convey concepts and information easily.
