There's a difference between an intelligent teacher and a good teacher. I understand different personalities and will find each person's unique flaws in problem solving. My aim is not to just teach the method but to explain why that method is used so that my learners can improvise and problem solve in any given situation. Math is all around us and that isn't shown in the average classroom
