About Talia
I am a guitar tutor with over 5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Studio Music and Jazz, Guitar Principal. I specialise in Electric, Acoustic, Classical, and Bass Guitar for media composition, including film and video games. Lessons focus on thematic development, atmospheric textures, and creative sound design.
Students explore DAWs, recording, and layering techniques to bring compositions to life. I teach youth and adult learners, tailoring lessons to goals and experience. Improvisation, motif creation, and stylistic versatility are emphasised.
My teaching is student-centred, encouraging experimentation and building confidence. Lessons combine technical mastery with practical media composition skills. Students learn to craft immersive, cinematic soundscapes.

I work with The Teenage Rebel and The Recording Artist, guiding them to discover new sounds. Improvisation, phrasing, tone, and rhythm are integral to every session. Lessons are student-centred and goal-focused.
