I did Matric and also did Marketing Management. I am intending to finish my B ED with Unisa. I have taught English since 2010 with a good record not achieving less than 50% pass rate with my learners. I am good with interpersonal interactions with my learners

My methods start with baseline, finding what learner/s already know, diagonistic approach which deals with finding out the problem/s learner/s may be encountering and and then remedial approach, which deals with rectifying learner/s problem/s. a tactile approach is also useful when there is direct consultation with them which deals with touching the objects directly.
