About Cheska Francine
I am a dedicated and passionate teacher who believes that learning becomes more meaningful when students feel comfortable, respected, and valued. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel free to express their thoughts, ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without fear of being judged.
As a teacher, I want my students not only to learn but also to enjoy the learning process. I believe that a good classroom should be a place where students can feel happy, engaged, and motivated to participate. At the end of every class, I want my students to leave with something meaningful—whether it is a new lesson, a new skill, greater confidence, or simply a positive experience.
I am also someone who loves reading books because I believe that reading opens our minds to different ideas, experiences, and perspectives. I value meaningful conversations because talking and listening are important ways of connecting with people. As your teacher, I want to listen to you, understand your needs, and support you as you develop your English skills.
Most importantly, I want my students to know that they do not have to be perfect to learn. Mistakes are part of the learning process. My classroom is a space where we can learn together, communicate openly, and grow with confidence.

The Lesson plan that I will have must match on my learning outcome to determine where I will adjust or improve in my teaching styles. The lessons are for elementary level so that I can cater their needs.
