About Jakayla
Hi! My name is Jakayla Moses, and I am currently pursuing my Associate’s degree in Education at Lone Star College. I have experience mentoring and working with students through Young Life leadership programs, and I also participated in AVID, where I developed strong organization, study, and college preparation skills.
I offer patient, personalized online tutoring for elementary and middle school students in reading, writing, homework help, study skills, organization, and basic math. I can also help students build healthy academic habits, improve time management, and feel more prepared for future college and career goals.
My teaching style is encouraging, supportive, and adaptable to each student’s learning style and pace. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and supported throughout the learning process.
My goal is to help students build confidence, improve understanding, and enjoy learning in a positive environment. I look forward to working with you and your student!
