About Jessica
I am an education student. I have helped teach elementary summer school specializing in Language Arts. I also taught at Head Start and have experience creating and customizing lesson plans to individual student needs. I have been a writing tutor for two years.

I start by finding out what level the student is at. Then I create and customize lessons to meet that level. From there I scaffold the lessons to build on what the student just mastered. Until the student has a good understanding of the subject matter I keep the lessons at that level.

Details
If the student has a hard time learning via online then I charge an additional $5 fee per hour. I require a 12 hour cancellation notice and won't charge for cancelling. If the lesson is cancelled with less then 12 hour notice I charge $15. If the student is more then 10 minutes late I charge an additional $10 along with the $20 payment.
