I am Lance Joseph Carlos. I am 18 years old and I am currently pursuing a Bachelors in Elementary Education at the University of the Philippines Diliman. I am looking to apply the lessons I learn in college to my teaching experiences here.

My teaching approach is student-centered and tailored to the learning styles of my students. Lessons usually start with an explanation of the topic and a short activity followed by a breakdown of the answers. I try to be more relaxed and casual in teaching in order to encourage curiosity and learning.
